Contact Us: To Buy/Sell and For Advice/Appraisals

I'm Jim Johnson, a Life Member of the American Stamp Dealers Association (ASDA) since 1977, a recognized Dealer Member of the American Philatelic Society (APS) since 1971, and a full time professional postal historian and philatelist. I've been a full time stamp dealer since my retirement as a military officer in 1987.

Educational and Professional Background

Philatelic Background:

My Personal stamp collecting experience started in 1952 and dealing (club level) in 1956. So I've enjoyed this Hobby for over 50 years!

I am in this field as a second career because I love the hobby. My overhead is quite low, but my resources to buy are quite substantial. Bank references available on request. This means I can purchase at a higher percentage of retail than larger dealerships with higher overhead: expensive leases, big staffs, large ad costs, etc. We also handle consignment sales for 10% or less!

I am available to help you acquire items for your collections, to advise you concerning sale of collections, buy collections outright, perform appraisals and or provide estate advisory services or manage a philatelic estate sale.
